| 摘 要： | 采用地理信息系统、空间数据库、数字地图制图和多媒体等技术，设计和开发了海口市电子地图系统。该系统除具有一般电子地图的功能外，还具备若干特色功能，对相关政府部门和企事业单位科学高效地从事规划、设计、建设、管理、决策等工作具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced design and development of Haikou electronic atlas system by using GIS, spatial data base, digital cartography and multi-media technology. The system is of several characteristic functions in addition to the general, and it is important for related departments of government and enterprise to scien- tifically and efficiently carry on the work of project, design, construction, management and policy making. |
