| Abstract: | The excellent performance of Delaunary triangulation determines that it has important applications,such as computer graphics,establishment of DTM,discrete data processing.The paper introduced the basis of the theory and computing method for Delaunary triangulation,which presents an effective optimization method for the Base Station Networking.This method could also apply to optimization of a large number of net-shaped in a wide range,even at the national level.It was proved to have good optimization results... |
