摘    要:河北省是泥石流灾害发育活跃的地区之一,具有发生面广、点多及突发性和毁灭性较强等特点,危害较严重。利用3S技术分析太行山区、燕山山区泥石流发育特征,评估泥石流灾害的危险性,并根据评估结果建立泥石流灾害预测模型,为提高泥石流灾害预测以及防灾减灾提供技术支撑和研究思路。

Abstract:Debris flow disaster is very serious in the mountain areas of Hebei Province,which has the characteristics of breaking out with large area,high frequency and high truculency.In this paper,fatalness evaluation on debris flow disaster is carried out based on the analysis of debris flow disaster evolution in Taihang Mountains and Yanshan Mountains.According to the fatalness evaluation index system and the evaluation result,the forecast model is designed and a K value to describe the evolution fatalness degree of debris flow disaster is brought in.The forecast results show that the high fatalness area of debris flow disaster will locate on the north Taihang Mountains.The method in this paper is efficient in forecasting debris flow disaster.
