摘    要:土地利用与土地覆盖是人类活动在地球表面是宏观的表现,为分析全球环境变化中人类活动的作用提供了切入点,土地利用/土地覆盖变化(LUCC)既是全球环境变化的原因,也是全球环境变化的结果,而占全球陆地表面40%以上的干旱区,由于其具有成因复杂,类型多样,对环境变化敏感,变化过程快,幅度大,景观差异明显等特点,是全球变化特别是LUCC研究的重要场所,文章在介绍LUCC概念的基础上,综述了全球环境变化与LUCC的关系,依据干旱区的自然和生态环境,分析了干旱区LUCC的特点,阐述了干旱区土地利用/覆盖变化研究对全球环境变化研究的重要性,概括了干旱区LUCC研究的方法。

Abstract:Land use and land cover are the most macroscopical performance of human beings on the planet surface and provide a cut in point for study the human's roles in global environment change. Land use / land cover change (LUCC) is the reason of global environment change, but also it is the result of global environment change. But the arid region, which is about 40% of earth land, have a complex cause of formation and variable types, susceptive to environment change, change rapidly and violently and have obviously differences in landscape and so on. It is an important place for the study of global environment change especially LUCC research. After an introduction of the conception of land use / land cover change, this paper summarized the relationship between global environment and land use / land cover change. Based on the features of natural and ecological environment of arid region, the features of land use / land cover change in arid region are analysed and the researching importances on them is expand. Lastly, the paper integrated the study ways of land use / land cover change in arid region.
