| 摘 要： | 从耕地占补平衡的内在实质要求出发，在对耕地补偿过程进行定性、定量、定位分析的基础上，提出基于五元组的耕地补偿模型，开发了相应的程序，并在GIS环境下进行了实例分析，为在土地利用规划框架下实现耕地供需动态平衡提供了重要的技术方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the essence of balance between the cultivated land occupying and compensation. Then, qualitatively, quantitatively and spatially analyzing the compensation process for occupied cultivated land, this paper puts forward a compensation model for occupied cultivated land which is based on Five-Tuple Array model and gives the correspond- ing programmer. An experiment is taken under GIS environment. It provides an important technique supporting for the implementation of dynamic balance between cultivated land demands and supplies under land use planning. |
