摘    要:生物多样性是人类生存和发展的物质基础,但由于人口激增、环境恶化和人类的强烈干扰等原因使其大量丧失.这严重威胁着社会的可持续发展。因此,对它的研究引起了国内外的重视,成为社会关注的热点之一。新兴的景观生态学的生命力就在于直接涉足人类课题,其理论和应用已经深入到生物多样性研究中。在分析了近30年来景观生态学和生物多样性研究关系的基础上,探讨了基于景观生态学的生物多样性研究动态,并根据其保护需求和研究趋势,提出了在景观生态学理论和方法指导下生物多样性保护的有益建议。

Abstract:Biodiversity functions as the base of development of human, however, decreased greatly due to population explosion, environment worse, human disturbance intensively, and so on, which also endangered the sustainable development of our society. So biodiversity, as one of social hot spots, had been paid more attention at home and abroad. The life-force of new landscape ecology lied in setting foot on anthropologic key topics directly. Based on the analysis of relationship between landscape ecology and biodiversity research, we made a discussion on biodiversity research according to such landscape ecology theories as patch-corrldor-matrix, structure and function, landscape heterogeneity, disturbance and stability, ecotone and edge effect rule, etc. Finally, research trends and dynamics were posed according to demands of biodiversity conservation.
