摘    要:样品检测数据的质量是贵州省耕地质量地球化学调查评价项目的关键要素之一,影响检测数据质量的人、机、料、法、环等因素在实际检测活动中可简要地从检测机构具备的资质能力、检测过程的内外部质量控制、检测数据的合理性或者与实际的符合性等方面加以评估;在项目总体设计要求各检测机构遵照其制定的检测方法、质量控制规范的前提下,本文以检测机构贵州省地质矿产中心实验室承担的贵州省毕节、遵义辖区所采近20万件样品的检测数据为例,从检测方法、检测过程控制、内外部质量控制、数据成图效果等方面评述样品检测数据质量的可靠性。

Abstract:The quality of testing data is one of the key elements in the evaluation project of cultivated land quality geochemical survey in Guizhou Province. The factors affecting the quality of testing data, such as the technical ability of human, the performance of equipment, reagents, detection methods, environment and other factors, can be briefly analyzed from the qualification and ability of testing institutions, the internal and external quality control of the detection process, the rationality of the test data, or the consistency with the actual situation . On the premise that the overall design of the project requires each testing organization to comply with the testing methods and quality control specifications formulated by it, this paper takes the testing task undertaken by a testing organization as an example to evaluate the reliability of the test data quality of the whole project.
