| 摘 要： | 从海水的平衡潮理论出发，推导出气压长周期变化的一种模型，在此基础上首次提出了气候潮的概念，并构造出了气候潮的公式，为预报山东的特大型气象灾害找到了一条有用的线索。

| Abstract: | Based on the equilibrium tide theory of sea water, a model of long period variations in air pressure is derived to advance the climatic tide concept and formulate the climatic tide formula, which provides useful leads for predicting the heavy meteorological catastrophe in Shandong area. |
