环珠江口与环东京湾地区产业发展及环境比较

对中国环珠江口地区和日本环东京湾地区在地理、产业发展及环境问题等各方面作比较研究,重点阐述了两个区域经济及产业发展过程中对其环境的影响,借鉴东京湾发展的经验教训,根据环珠江口地区产业发展的实际情况,在分析珠三角和泛珠三角产业发展在空间上的同心圆结构的基础上,指出了环珠江口区产业发展的趋势,提出该地区产业布局及生态环境保护的建议.

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION IN THE PEARL RIVER MOUTH RIM, AS COMPARED WITH THE TOKYO BAY RIM

The Pearl River mouth is a triangular estuary which is known as the Lingdingyang.A number of large cities,including Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Foshan,Dongguan,Zhongshan,as well as Hong Kong and Macao,are distributed around the estuary,forming an economic rim,something like Tokyo,Kawasaki,Yokohama,Funabashi,Chiba,Ichihara and Kisarazu around the Tokyo Bay.The Pearl River Mouth Rim(PRMR) is the most developed area in the Pearl River Delta(PRD),and serves as the economic locomotive of the Pan-Pearl River Delta economic region(PPRD) which consists of 9 provinces plus Hong Kong and Macao.It can be seen that PRMR,PRD,Guangdong,and PPRD show a structure of concentric circles for industrial development,in which PRMR is the core.For further strengthening the economic driving power of the region,harbor-related industry should be developed in the PRMR.However,the rapid development of the PRMR has caused serious environment problems.It is considered that the experience and lessons from the Tokyo Bay Rim could be for reference.Much attention be paid to the environment protection of the Lingdingyang and its rim areas.
