摘    要:利用深井破岩试验装置,模拟了不同井深压力条件下对泥岩进行牙轮钻头单齿破岩试验,试验结果得出:随着井深的增加,岩石硬度增加,破碎岩的的力增加,石破碎体积减小,岩石破碎功增加,这是机械钻速低的根本原因,因此必须解决深井条件下的牙轮钻头齿形和布齿方式,以适应深井地层的钻井,达到提高机械钻速的目的。

Abstract:This paper describes the single tooth test for studying the rock breaking process of roller-cone bits in mud rock under simulated downhole pressure conditions (from 0 to 5000m). The tests are carried out under the laboratory condition using deep-well rock breaking tester. The results indicate that the penetration rate slows down with depth is attributed to increasing rock hardness,increasing cutter forces,increasing specific energy and decreasing volume of broken rock with well depth increasing. Therefore,it is necessary to determine the cutter shape and the cutteroplacement pattern in order to fit deep formation drilling and increase the rate of penetration.
