用地震尾波持续时间求周至台近震震级

用回归分析的方法,对周至地震台DD-1型地震仪1986～1990年之间的记录资料进行分析处理,得出用地震尾波的记录持续时间(T=F-P)计算周至台近震震级的公式。从而较好地解决了该台的计算震级与陕西台网的测定震级偏差较大的问题,特别是对于以前无法计算震级的出格地震有了行之有效的解决办法。

LOCAL MAGNITUDE DETERMINATION WITH CODA DURATION

After using regression analysis to deal with seismic recordings by DD-1 seismograph at Zhouzhi station during the period of 1986-1990,we have gained a formula estimating local magnitudes by coda duration (T = F - P). With which the problems of magnitude drifts between estimating and metering ones are well settled, especially for the off scale earthquakes that couldn't been estimated before.
