| 摘 要： | 本文应用模糊数学理论,充分考虑各种主要影响因素并对其进行量化,建立了水资源可持续利用的数学模糊模型,为区域水资源可持续开发利用提供了合理的方法,其评价结果可作为制定水资源可持续利用的区域经济和社会发展方案的基本依据.

| Abstract: | Based on the fuzzy mathematic theory,the article fully considers all kinds of the main effected factors,quantifies them and establishes the fuzzy mathematical model of sustainable utilization of water resources.The model provides a reasonable method for sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources by area.Its evaluation result can be as a basis on contriving a plan for area economy and social development of sustainable utilization of water resources. |
