论遥感在土地资源管理中的应用及今后工作建议

土地资源是国土资源的重要组成部分。为了实现对国土资源的集中、统一、协调、有序的高效管理,需要采用高新技术,在全面、精确掌握国土资源的数量、质量分布基础上,从我国市场经济发展的需要出发,制定出切实可行的规划。本文从十多年来的实践工作和大量资料中概括论述了原国家土地局所取得的七项重大成果和当前土地利用中所存在的九种问题,最后作者根据实际体会,建设性地提出了土地科学有待研究的四方面重大理论和工程技术问题。

THE APPLICATION OF REMOTE SENSING IN THEMANAGEMENT OF LAND RESOURCE AND SOMEWORK SUGGESTION FOR THE FUTURE

he land resource in an important part of land resources, in order to realize the concentration, unity and coordination to the management of the land resource, the high and new techniques must be used. According to the quantity, quality and distribution of the land resource and considering the developmental need of socialist market economy, it is important to work out the feasible plan. The paper, according to the author’s practical work experience and the survey data from the remote sensing, introduces briefly the achievements of original nation land bureau and analyses the land use problems at present. At last, the author give some constructive advices about several theoretical and technical problems that remained to be studied and solved by using the land science.
