| Abstract: | The situation is difficult for EPC general contracting in the enterprise of architectural design in our country currently. We reviewed the development of basic construction management system since The Reform and Opening Up in our country and discussed major factors that restrict enterprise of architecture and design fi＇om EPC from the perspective of qualification and market management, core competence, talents and funding, management system, etc. |
