青岛市水资源持续利用与发展研究

摘    要:降雨是区域水资源的主要来源,水资源是控制城市发展的主要因素。对青岛市降雨特性进行分析,研究青岛市水资源现状,对未来用水量进行预测并提出对策。研究表明:青岛市多年平均降雨量705mm,没有显著趋势变化;多年平均水资源总量为21.5×1-8m3,多年平均入海径流量10×10-8m-3;到2015年青岛市用水量将达到12.66×10-8m-3,呈现缺水趋势,并且将逐渐成为制约经济发展的主要因素,控制城市规模和提高用水效率是科学发展的必由之路。

Study on Sustainable Water Resources Utilization and Development in Qingdao

Abstract:As rainfall is the main source of regional water resources, and water resources are the key factors to urban de- velopment, the paper tries to make the status quo of water resources in Qingdao clear and forecasts water utilization in the fu- ture by analyzing rainfall characteristics. The result shows that average rainfall of Qingdao is always around 705ram, the aver- age water resources quantity is 21.5 × lOs m3 , and the runoff is 10 ×10s m3. According to the forecast made by the paper, water consumption of Qingdao in 2015 will be 12.66 × 10s m3 , which may cause water shortage. The lack of water will gradu- ally become the biggest obstacles for economic development. That is to say, the city must control urban scale and improve wa- ter utilization efficiency to keep sustainable development.
