Abstract: | A numerical large-eddy simulation model for calculating the nonstationary three-dimensional dynamics of an incompressible liquid or gas at large Reynolds numbers is presented. This model employs a high-order accurate conservative scheme and a dynamic-type mixed localized closure. The characteristic features of calculating turbulent flows on the basis of large-eddy simulation techniques are discussed. |
