| Abstract: | Through analyzing the present situation regarding scientific and technological achievements management of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the managerial skill at this aspect both in China and abroad, this paper addresses the basic ideas and the framework over the management informatization of scientific and technological achievements of land and resources, and puts forward some constructive suggestions in this regard. |
