东北地区城市化与产业结构演变的相关分析及地域差异

根据建国以来东北地区城市化水平变动趋势,对不同时段城市化与产业结构和就业结构之间的变化关系进行相关分析,明确了影响城市化水平阶段性变化的主要因素.在此基础上,时城市化与产业结构和就业结构之间的互动变化进行了偏差分析,认为东北地区城市化偏差的实质在于工业化的偏差和就业结构演变的相对滞后.最后对东北地区城市化与非农化地域分异格局进行了分析,并运用UN比方法对不同空间单元城市化与非农化的拟合程度进行了比较,划分出5种地域类型,认为东北地区不宜实行统一的城市化发展战略,而应根据地区实际,因地制宜地促进各地区城市化发展.
