| 摘 要： | 本文系统地论述了目前电子政务和"数字城市"的建设要求,提出了开发通用电子政务平台来快速构建各类城市管理部门的电子政务应用系统,形成"数字城市"各专业应用的思路,并介绍经过多年开发和应用的通用电子政务平台NetOffice特点,最后以地房籍管理信息系统为例来阐述了电子政务平台在"数字城市"的重要组成部分———国土资源和房产管理的应用情况。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the requirement of E-government and digital-city,gives the proposal that application of city management department can be built rapidly by an universal E-government platform.Then introducing the characteristics of the universal E-government platform-NetOffice which has been developed and used for a long time.Finally a system of cadastral management and house property management are introduced as an example to indicate how the platform is being used in digital city. |
