中国内河电子航道图发展研究

在我国内河水运现代化快速构建时期和我国内河电子航道图发展初期,采用文献计量学、网络资源搜索、行业调查分析等方法,从研究国际内河电子航道图发展现状的基础出发,从成果现状和技术现状阐述中国内河电子航道图的发展现状。从标准发展、生产发展、应用发展、技术发展等方面分析中国内河电子航道图的发展趋势,得出中国内河电子航道图发展面临的困难与机遇,提出发展建议,以推动我国内河水运现代化进程。

China Inland Electronic Navigation Chart Development

Based on the rapid construction period and China inland electronic navigation chart early development of inland waterway transportation modernization in our country,using the method of literature metrology,cyber source search,industry survey analysis,and starting from the basic research on international development of electronic map of the inland waterway,this paper expounds the development situation of the Chinese inland electronic navigation chart from the current situation and technical achievements.From the aspects of standard development,production development,application development,technology development,the development trend,difficulties and opportunities of the Chinese inland electronic navigation chart are analyzed,and the development proposals are put forward to promote China''s modernization of inland waterway.
