| 摘 要： | 对齐齐哈尔春季及初夏干旱的成因和干旱的环流形势进行了探讨，结果表明形成齐齐哈尔干旱的根本原因是降水量与蒸发量之间的不平衡。由于环流背景、地形影响等原因造成齐齐哈尔降水量偏少，并且气温升高，造成了蒸发量的加大，是近年来齐齐哈尔市干旱日趋严重的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Discussed the reasons and the circulation patterns of droughts in Qiqihar, The results show that the essential reasons is unbalancen between rainfall and evaporation. The reasons of the circulation background and geographical factor cause the rainfall decrease, the temperature raise and the evaporation increase in Qiqihar, which is the main reason of the drought aggravating in Qiqihar. |
