| 摘 要： | 以福建省基础地理信息数据库的建设为例，分析了基础测绘数据的特点及建库要求，介绍了基于Oracle和Geodatabase数据库建库的技术路线，并对数据库的结构设置，数据组织及数据的数学基础等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Taking the building of Fujian province fundamental geographic information database as an example, this paper analyzed the characteristics of basic surveying and mapping data and the requirements of its database building, introduced technology of database building based on Oracle and Geodatabase, and discussed problems such as database structure and its mathematical basis. |
