基于CPLD的石英水平摆倾斜仪CCD驱动设计

摘    要:针对SQ-70D型石英水平摆倾斜仪光电转换器在实际使用中存在的驱动频率低、电路结构复杂不易调试等问题,研究基于CPLD的CCD驱动时序生成方法.仿真和测试结果表明,采用CPLD设计的驱动电路结构简单,稳定性高,能够满足TCD1500c典型工作频率的要求.同时,设置积分时间控制变量QINT,可以根据实际光照强度对CCD光积分时间进行灵活调整,提高仪器的环境适应性.

Abstract:According to the problems of low driving frequency, complicated circuits and hard to ad- just in practice, a method of designing CCD driver based on CPLD was developed for SQ-70D quartz horizontal pendulum tiltmeter. The simulation and experimental results indicated that driver designed by this method was simple and stable enough to meet the requirements of TCD1500C. The integration time could be revised flexibly by setting controlled variable which improved the environment adaptability of SQ-70D.
