| Abstract: | Aiming at the status quo of the development of GIS speciality and the social needs of the talents in GIS domain, the paper describes the position and role of the engineering capacity cultivation in the training of GIS talents, researches on the talent cultivation mode taking the engineering capacity as its kernel,and puts forward some useful measures for cultivating them. |
