东北乡镇工业园区建设与小城镇发展的互动机制--大连市甘井子区营城子镇案例剖析

随着社会的发展，工业园区和小城镇建设对经济发展的促进作用日益增强。因此，加速东北地区的工业园区和小城镇建设是振兴东北老工业基地不可缺少的一部分；同时，工业园区与小城镇的发展之间存在着一定的作用机制。文章以东北地区大连市甘井子区营城子镇为例，探讨了工业园区与小城镇发展的互动机制，具体分析了其工业园区发展存在的问题，并提出促进工业园区建设与小城镇发展良性互动的建议。

The Interdynamic Mechanism between the Small Town's Development and the Industrial Park's Construction in Northeastern District--The Analyze of Yingchengzi in Ganjingzi District of Dalian

With the development of the society,the development of industrial park and small town's facilitation to economy is strengthened day by day.So accelerate industrial park and small town of the Northeast is an indispensable part of revitalizing the old industrial base of Northeast;Meanwhile,there are certain function mechanisms between the development of industrial park and small town. This text takes small town in the district of Dalian which belong to Northeast district as an example and probed into the interdynamic mechanisms of the industrial park and small town,then make a concrete analysis of its industrial park and point out the existing problem.At last put forward suggestion to promote the development of industrial park and small town.
