| 摘 要： | 全球导航卫星连续运行站系统可以维持相应地区的高精度、3维、地心、动态坐标框架，提供集约化的定位和导航服务，成为当前国际和国内发展迅速的一项基础设施建设。该系统可以广泛服务于国家大地基准、气象、地球动力学、地学灾害监测以及位置服务等领域。对在中国构建全球导航卫星国家级连续运行站系统提出了方案，并从建设目的、建设原则以及建设方案等方面进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Global navigation satellite system(GNSS) Continuous Operating Reference Station(CORS) System can maintain a accurate,3D,geocentric and dynamic reference coordinate frame in the corresponding area,can provide positioning and navigation service.It can also serve for the meteorology,geodynamics,earthquake monitoring and Location Based services(LBS) etc in the same area.The System has become a rapid developed infrastructure in some cities and provinces of China as well as in foreign countries.The goal,principle and project for construction of a China National Continuous Operating Reference Station System are discussed in the paper. |
