海洋珍珠贝类遗传标记研究进展

摘    要:遗传标记随着遗传学的建立到现在主要经历了4个阶段,表现出四种类型:形态标记、细胞标记、生化标记和分子标记。运用各种遗传标记对海洋珍珠贝的遗传结构及多样性进行研究,有利于提出有效的保护和复壮方案,加速良种的选育。对遗传标记在珍珠贝类中的应用作了系统总结和比较,四种标记各有特点,应用范围不同,需互相配合发挥更大的协同作用。分子标记在未来的育种研究中将发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:With the development of genetics, genetic markers include four foms: morphological markers, cytological markers, biochemical markers and DNA molecular markers. These markers have had a revolutionary impact on the study of genetic structure and variation of pearl oyster. With genetic markers, they have allowed rapid progress in better strains selection and effective protection. The principles, potential power, requirements, advantages and disadvantages and differences comparisons of the various markers are systematicly summarized and compared in this paper. Every marker has its own characteristics and range of application. DNA molecular markers will produce more effective ouptputs in pearl oyster genetic breeding.
