| 摘 要： | 移动通信终端定位服务需要定位技术和大量相关信息作支撑。本文介绍了移动网络上使用的几种定位技术，PHS（Personal Handy—phone System）网络上主要采用Cell-ID定位技术，该定位技术的实现需要PHS基站位置信息作基础。在常州市进行PHS基站位置测量和POI（Pointof Interest，信息点）采集时，根据不同情况采用不同作业方法，其中手持GPS接收机在数据采集过程中发挥了重要作用。
