摘    要:采集了福建省山仔水库和杜塘水库的冬季沉积物,采用显微镜观察和荧光分析方法,对不同深度沉积物叶绿素a的含量以及微藻的丰度进行了分析.研究结果表明,山仔水库沉积物表层叶绿素a含量达到4692ng/g底泥干重,微藻的丰度为33.79×10^6Cells/g底泥干重,其中蓝藻门的丰度为6.77×10^6Cells/g底泥干重;...

A Comparison of Chlorophyll-a in the Sediments of Two Reservoirs in Fujian Province
Abstract:We studied variations of microalgae biomass (including the abundance of microalgae and the content of Chl. a) in the winter sediments of the Shanzai and the Dutang reservoirs in Fujian prov- ince. The phytoplankton counting measure and fluorescence analysis were used to find out the charac- ter of microalgae accumulated in the sediments of these two different eutrophic reservoirs. Results showed that in the surface sediment of Shanzai reservoir, the content of ehlorophyll-a was 4 692 ng per gram dry sediment, the abundance of mieroalgae was 33.79 ×10^6 Cells per gram of dry sediment and the abundance of cyanobacteria was 6.77 ×10^6 Cells per gram of dry sediment; while in the surface sediment of Dutang reservoir, the content of chlorophyll-a was 2 301 ng per gram dry sediment, the a- bundance of microalgae was 16.5 ×10^6 Cells per gram of dry sediment and the abundance of eyanobac- teria was 8.91 ×10^6Cells per gram of dry sediment. Chl. a content in the surface sediment of Shanzai reservoir was 2 times of that in the surface sediment of Dutang reservoir and the abundance of mieroal- gae was even 2 times. The mieroalgae biomass in the sediments was consistent with the degree of eu-trophication situation, for example, Shanzai reservoir had a higher content of Chl. a and larger mi- croalgae biomass, indicating its higher eutrophication level. The study showed that mieroalgae biomass in sediments can reflect eutrophication state.
