Study on Intellectual Property Associated with Ocean Technical Standard

With developments of ocean science and technology,the problem of intellectual property in ocean technical standards is obvious.How to confirm the relationships between the technical standards and intellectual property becomes an important question,which is desiderated to be resolved.It expounds the specialty of standards and intellectual property and indicates their conflicts.Based on the study and analysis of actuality both at home and abroad,it puts forward suggestions to confirm the relationship of technical standards and intellectual property,to solve the problem of intellectual property in the oceanic technical standards and to explore the management mode of the oceanic technical standards related to intellectual property.
