四种弧菌对中国对虾的致病性研究

１９９５年８月－１９９６年４月，采用注射感染、浸浴感染、创伤感染和投喂感染比较溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌、鳗弧菌、弗尼斯弧菌及其胞外产物对中国对虾的致病性，测定它们的半致死浓度，观察弧菌感染引起的病理组织变化。结果表明，注射感染中，溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌、鳗弧菌和弗尼斯弧菌２４小时的半致死浓度（ＬＤ５０）分别是１．２×１０＾６，６．５×１０＾７，４．０×１０＾８，６．８×１０＾９（ＣＦＵ／ｍｌ）；４８小时

STUDIES ON PATHOGENICITY OF FOUR VIBRIO STRAINS FOR PENAEUS CHINESIS

From August 1995 to April 1996, to compare the effect of Vibrio alginolyticus 91-1, Vibrio parahaemolvticus-91-2, Vibrio anguillarum E3-11, Vibrio furnissii 91-6and their extracellular. products (ECP) on Penales chinensis, normal shrimps were challenged by injecting intramuscularly, injuring and stocking in water with bacteria, feeding with various food, and the shrimps were used for determination of 50% lethal doses (LD50). We observed the histological changes caused by Vibio spp. and their ECPs. TI.e four strains (91--1, 91--2, E3--11, 91-6) had LD50s of1 .2 x 10s, 6.5 x 10z, 4.0 x 10s, 6.8x 109 (CFU/ml) in 24hr, whereas,their LD50s were 6.3 x 105, 8.0 x 106, 2.0 x 107,; 1 .0 x 109 (CFU/ml) in 48hr. .The ECPs of the four strains (91--1, 91--2, E3--11, 91--6) were pathogenic to shrimps, the LD50s were 0. 11, 0.16, 0.23, 0.29 (mg/ml) in 24hr, and 0.05, 0.11, 0.12,. 0.24.(mg./ml)in 48hr.
