北京2008奥运会天气预报示范项目基本情况简介

对北京2008奥运会天气预报示范项目的来源、组织形式、参与系统及项目实施意义进行了逐一介绍。总体来讲，参与项目的8个临近预报系统设计理念都非常先进，大量应用了先进探测资料和数值模式输出产品，针对北京地区开展了本地化工作，并充分应用了GIS技术，以满足奥运气象保障的需求。此外，8个系统又独具特色，产品丰富多样，算法原理先进，如CARDS提供了点预报产品，SWIFF中采用多阂值和核抽取技术的风暴产品；TIFS使用了临近预报集合方法；BJ—ANC中的边界层辐合线识别算法；SWIRLS中的云地闪初生算法等。
