基于目标函数的钻压优化模型建模方法

摘    要:研究了如何把过去由地质人员离线确定优化钻压的模型变为自动送钻中在线实时的钻压优化模型。以综合钻井成本最低为准则,建立了钻井成本目标函数,讨论了影响钻井成本的因素,给出了钻压优化模型的约束条件,在以上基础上建立了钻压优化模型,并给出了钻压优化模型在线实时求解过程中有关参数的确定方法,最后总结了基于目标函数钻压优化模型建模方法优缺点和适用范围。本研究对科学自动化钻井具有参考价值。

Abstract:How to change off-line optimization weight-on-bit(WOB) model into on-line real-time optimization WOB model during bit automatic feed is researched.Regard the lowest integrated drilling cost as criterion. the target unction of the drilling cost is established. Some factors to influence the drilling cost are discussed. The bounded factors of optimization WOB model are given. On the above basis. the optimization WOB model is established, the method to determine the pasameters concemed during solving optimitaltion WOB model is given. The strong and weak points as well as the scope of application of the modeling method based on the target function for the optimization WOB model are summarized.This research has reference value to scientific automatic optimization drilling.
