分离式与整体式塑料排水板性能比较试验研究

摘    要:塑料排水板是软土地基加固排水材料,根据芯板与滤膜的复合方式不同,可分为分离式和整体式两种。分别对分离式和整体式两种塑料排水板的物理性能、力学性能和水力学性能开展了一系列的试验,研究探讨了这两种排水板的性能差异。结果表明:整体式排水板与分离式排水板相比,具有整体抗拉强度高、延性好,在复杂条件下施工,滤膜与芯板不易剥离脱开、刚度大、抗侧向压曲能力强、通水能力强等特点。

Abstract:Prefabricated vertical drains (PVD) are usually used for reinforcement and dewatering of soft clay foundation. According to the combining manner of the core board and filter, PVD can be divided into two types as separate shape PVD and integral shape PVD. A series of tests were carried out to compare the difference of the two types of PVD in physical property, mechanical property and hydraulic property. The results indicate that comparing to separate shape PVD, the integral shape PVD has higher tensile strength, better ductility, higher rigidity and better discharge capacity.
