| 摘 要： | 在基于天地图·黑龙江的地图服务及其提供的Flex二次开发接口的基础上，完成了基于天地图的地理农情信息服务平台（别名：天地图·黑土地）开发建设。系统为用户提供了农业产业布局、农业统计信息和农情信息展示等功能模块，在黑龙江省农情信息管理、提高农业土地产出率等方面发挥了很大作用。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the completion of the geographic agricultural information service platform based on TIANDITU （ Alias：TIANDITU· HEITUDI）,which uses map services and the Flex SDK of the TIANDITU ·Heilongjiang.The System provides users the layout of the agricultural industry , agricultural statistics information and agricultural information displaying , and agricultural information management , which has played a significant role in improving agricultural land output rate . |
