| 摘 要： | 结合地理国情普查中工作的实例，简要叙述了应用EPS2008地理信息工作站开展地理国情普查项目之前需要进行的技术准备工作（主要包括编制模板），同时介绍了EPS2008地理信息工作站中模板的概念、构成以及编制和修改的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the need for technical preparation before the application of EPS 2008 geographical information workstation carrying out the geography situation survey project with the work of the geographical conditions in census. It includes the preparation of template and introduces the concept and composition of EPS 2008 geographical information workstation and method of preparation and modification of it . |
