摘    要:祁连山及河西走廊地区是我国气候变化敏感区和生态脆弱区。本文通过对2005a以来祁连山云水资源相关最新研究成果的总结,旨在揭示气候变暖对祁连山云水资源影响包括气候变化、水汽时空变化、地形云特征的基础上,分析评估了祁连山云水资源开发潜力及效益。实验研究表明,在祁连山区开展人工增雨(雪)作业,每年可增加降水量3.7×108~7.4×108m3。近10年来,甘肃春季飞机人工增雨作业年均增加降水量为13.5×108m3,平均投入产出比为1:30。

Abstract:Qilian Mountains and Hexi Corridor are ecologically fragile regions, as well as one of the most sensitive to climate change in China. The local government plans to carring out a series of Sprecipitation enhancement experiments in this area recently. This paper is a rearch progress report for this project. First, we summarized the latest findings of cloud water resources in this area. Secondly, we studied the impact of climate warming on cloud water resources in this area with the following various factors to be considered, such as climate change, water vapor spatio-temporal variation and topographic cloud characteristics etc. Thirdly, Sevaluation of the potential and assessment of the benefits of cloud water resources development were made in this paper. The Sresult shows that the annual precipitation can be increased by 3.7×108~7.4×108 m3 by carrying out artificial precipitation and snow enhancement Soperation in this region. In the past 10 years, the annual precipitation increased by 13.5×108 m3 in Gansu spring, with an average input-output ratio of 1:30.
