船载三维激光扫描海岸岛礁地形测量技术体系构建

摘    要:海岸岛礁地形测量作业主要采用实时动态差分定位系统(real time kinematic,RTK)和全站仪相结合的测量作业模式,但在陡峭的悬崖地区、大面积的滩涂、沼泽,以及困难地区岛礁等,很难通过RTK作业方式实施登岛/登点测量,难以满足海岸岛礁应急作业的需求。开展了船载三维激光扫描地形测量关键技术研究,通过系列专业软件开发、技术试验、规程编制和生产作业等技术途径,构建了船载三维激光扫描地形测量技术体系,将大大减轻海岸岛礁地形测绘的劳动强度,加快数据更新和产品保障周期。

Abstract:According to the lower efficiency,insufficient mobility of RTK marine topographic surveying,an onboard 3D laser scanning survey solutions are presented to meet navy demand in emergency missions. By a series of technical courses including basic theory and methods research,onboard 3D laser scanning devices selection,operation regulation definition and marine technical test,a suit of rudiment technical system is built for navy onboard 3D laser scanning applied to offshore & islet topographic surveying,The results shows that the working effect of offshore & islet topographic surveying as several times as RTK.
