| 摘 要： | 利用Micmsoft speech SDK开发包，进行语音合成的二次开发，在VB集成环境下，建立天气预报语音合成转换程序，实现实时语音输出及语音波形文件输出，使用天气预报文本转语音的功能，可满足电视《天气预报》配音之要求。

| Abstract: | Using Microsoft speech SDK development kit,the secondary development of speech synthesis was conducted.Then based on VB technology,TV weather speech synthesis conversion program was built up.It realizes the real-time voice output and voice waveform file output.And its text to speech conversion functionality can meet the requirements of TV weather voice dubbing. |
