| 摘 要： | 本文从省级行政区域管理信息系统建设的总体规划入手,阐述了该系统的总体结构和总体设计,详述了数据库内容和系统模块功能。分析总结了系统的特点、应用成果和所产生的社会经济效益。该系统不仅辅助解决边界争议问题,而且在土地资源的普查、动态监测和减灾防灾等方面有着广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Starting with introducing the overall plan of the information system for provincial administrative region management, this paper explains the overall structure and design of this system and details the database contents and the functions of the system module. The characteristics, application results and the socioeconomic effects of this system are analyzed and summarized in this paper. This system can not only help to solve the border dispute, but also be widely used in many fields including land resources survey, dynamic monitoring, and disaster mitigation and prevention. |
