山东省城市土地集约利用与城镇化协调发展研究

城市土地集约利用与新型城镇化协调发展是当前土地管理学的核心问题.运用主成分分析与熵权的综合确权法,基于协调发展度、相对发展度模型探讨2011-2014年山东省城市土地集约利用与新型城镇化协调发展关系.结果表明:① 山东省城市土地集约利用与新型城镇化协调发展关系呈逐步优化趋势.② 山东省城市土地集约利用与新型城镇化协调关系片状分区特征明显,鲁东地区协调发展水平最高,形成以济南、青岛、烟台、威海为核心的协调发展度"高峰区";鲁中地区协调发展水平总体不高,但优化趋势显著;鲁西南地区协调发展水平较低,协调发展优化速度相对缓慢,属于土地集约利用与新型城镇化发展"双低"区域.③ 山东省城市土地集约利用与新型城镇化之间往往并非同步变化,新型城镇化发展程度总体上超前于城市土地集约利用.

Coordinated Development of Urban Land Intensive Use and Urbanization in Shandong Province

The coordinated development of urban land intensive use and new urbanization was the core issue of land management.The paper uses compositive method of principal component analysis and entropy to determine the index weights.Coordinated development degree model and relative development degree evaluation model are built, and the spatio-temporal coordinated relationship between urban land intensive use and new urbanization from 2011 to 2014 has been estimated.The results show that: ① The coordinated relationship between intensive urban land use and new urbanization in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2014 is gradually optimized;② It is significantly that the coordinated relationship between urban land intensive use and new urbanization has presented partition clustering features in respect of spatial characteristics.Coordinated development level is much best in eastern Shandong, forming the "peak area";Coordinated development level is not high as a whole in the central of Shandong, but the optimized trend of coordinated development is obvious;The Southwest region which belongs to "double-low" area of urban land intensive use and new urbanization has the lower coordinated development level and the optimization trend is relatively slow;③ The urban land intensive use generally tends simultaneous development with new urbanization in Shandong Province.The development of new urbanization is ahead of intensive urban land use as a whole.
