摘    要:利用嫩江、松花江流域内的气象和水文资料,分析了该流域夏季降水的天气气候特征以及降水与水位变化的关系,利用NCAR/NCEP的再分析资料讨论了形成夏季降水天气气候特征,并分析了降水量异常时的环流状况,表明:该流域夏季多年平均降水量基本上是呈南北的带状分布,并有明显的阶段性,汛期水位变化与流域内夏季降水有密切的关系,影响该流域夏季降水的环流系数为西风带阻塞形势下的低值系统和东亚夏季风。

Abstract:It is analyzed that weather and clima te features of the summer precipitation and the relationship between precipitation and water level of Nen River and Songhuajiang River valley based on the rain data and water level data.Furthermore,the reason for th e weather and climate features of sum mer precipitation is discussed and t he circulation trend of the anomalous p recipitation is analyzed by study of Nacar,Ncep data.The average spatia l distribution of summer precipitation is south -north belt,obviously in special phases.The water level variation is closed related to the precipitation during the rain season.The circulation cells which affect summer precip itation are a low system on the blocking trend of the westerly belt and the summer mo nsoon of East -Asia.
