摘    要:利用1998—2004年全国雷电灾害资料,对雷电灾害时空分布特征及其造成的损失进行了分析。结果表明,中国雷电灾害次数呈逐年波动增长趋势;夏季是中国雷电灾害发生最多的季节,占全年雷电灾害的66%;雷电灾害地理分布总体为南多北少;雷击造成人员伤亡事故和社会经济损失的分布具有明显的区域性;电力和通信行业受雷灾的比例最大。

Abstract:Using dataset of the 1998-2004 lighting disaster in China, the spatio-temporal distribution of lightning disaster in China is studied. It is found that the lighting disaster undulates and increases year by year, and summer is the season that most of the lighting disaster happen, which take up 66% of the total of a year. It seems that more lighting disasters occur in the south than in the north, and there is obvious regional difference on casualties and possession loss by lighting, and the equipments of electric power and communication systems take up the biggest proportion of the total loss.
