正交试验在实验设计中的应用

Abstract:The optimun test scheme is obtained by the orthogonal test program in terms of the mathematical statistics. Despite of a few test frequencies, the random errors can be avoided in the common tests because of the mathematical statistics for total data. According to the orthogonal test, different tatgets should be treated mathematically. And a suitable optimum scheme can be selected on the basis of practical requirements. Combining with the common test, even though it is the same with other scheme, actual operational amount of the scheme reduces about 60 per cent, with distinct advantages of high effectiveness and low cost. Through evaluation of expected value for the scheme by the mathematical method, the selected scheme is identified to be correct based on the F inspection.
