| 摘 要： | 文章从档案利用与管理的角度出发,对网络环境下档案信息利用服务及安全管理进行了论述,认为现代网络信息技术的发展,必然要促进档案服务手段和管理方式上的革新,阐述了档案信息资源如何通过计算机网络为用户提供服务,以及信息化档案服务过程中的安全管理方法。
