| 摘 要： | 分析关中地区工业水价现状和问题,认为工业水价基本到位,工业用水价格调节空间不大,提出了价格杠杆调节关中工业用水的措施,包括:对自备井征收高额水资源费;确定合理水价结构;实施用水定额等。

| Abstract: | After the Analysis of the present situation of the water price for industry,this thesis illustrate that the water price for industry roughly reaches or exceeds its cost. Some countermeasures are put forwards to adjust water resource use with the price lever in Guanzhong area. Countermeasures include: expropriation high expenses for enterprise-owned well; regulating the structure of water to reflect the water value; practicing ration of water use in different industry branch. |
