Abstract:Soil samples in three marsh stands dominated mainly by Phragmites australis, Cyperus malacceusis and Spartina alterniflora in the Shanyutan wetland in the Min River estuary area were collected, and laboratory anaerobic incubation experiments were conducted from these soils by amending specific inhibitor (phosphate buffer) of acetotrophic methanogenesis, and the different methane production substrates.
