| Abstract: | The primers of 12S rRNA of Eriocheir japonica were designed by using the sequences of Drosophila yakuba and Daphnia pulex . We amplified and sequenced the 457 base pairs that encode the 12S rRNA region of mitochondrial DNA. The contents of A, T, G and C were 159bp(34.79%),178bp(38.95%),50bp(10.94%),and 70bp (15.32%) respectively. |
