微生态制剂对牙鲆非特异性免疫因子影响的研究

摘    要:以牙鲆为试验材料,在基础饲料中分别添加5种不同配伍的微生态制剂,以基础饲料为对照,饲喂60 d。定期测定牙鲆血细胞吞噬活性及血清中的抗菌活力、溶菌活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力。结果表明,添加0.4%N3 E5微生态制剂对吞噬活性促进作用最为显著;添加N3微生态制剂对血清中抗菌活力和溶菌活力的促进作用尤为显著;第40天,添加了N3、E5、N3 E5和枯草芽孢杆菌组,溶菌活力分别比对照组提高了195.2%,222.7%,153.0%,113.6%;此外,几种微生态制剂对超氧化物歧化酶也有一定的促进作用。60 d后,用鳗弧菌进行攻毒试验,试验组的免疫保护率分别达到43.4%,71.6%,40%,62.2%,20%,表明所用微生态制剂可以促进牙鲆的非特异性免疫功能。

Abstract:Paralichthys olivaceus was fed with basal diets supplemented with 5 kinds of probiotic combination for 60 days,respectively,and the control group was fed with basal diet.The phagocytic activities of fish blood cell,the antibacterial activities,bacteriolytic activities and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities of fish serum were determined.It is shown from the test results that the phagocytic activities of fish blood cell with supplement of probiotic combination N_3 E_5 were enhanced remarakably,the antibacterial activities and bacteriolytic activities of fish serum with supplement of probiotic N_3 were enhanced significantly,and the bacteriolytic activities of fish serum with supplement of probiotics N_3,E_5,N_3 E_5 and Bacillus subtilis on the 40th day were 195.2 %,222.7 %,153.0 % and 113.6 % higher than those of the control group,respectively.In addition,these probiotics also enhanced the SOD activities.After the tested fishes were fed for 60 days,the tested fishes were attacked by Vibrio anguillarum,and relative percent survival values of fishes in 5 test groups reached 43.4 %,71.6 %,40 %,62.2 % and 20 %,respectively,which indicates that the used probiotics can enhance the nonspecial immune function of Paralichthys olivaceus.
