摘    要:通过对南水北调移民新村进行移动平推式扫描,将导航POS获取的系统位置和姿态信息与360°激光扫描仪获取的扫描距离和角度信息进行时间匹配,解算得到大地坐标下的三维激光点云坐标,然后与线阵CCD相机获取的图像信息进行彩色融合,最终得到移民新村的彩色点云数据,实现了实时、主动、完整地获取和处理南水北调移民新村的三维空间数据信息,取得了一定的效果。

3D Date Acquisition and Application Based on the Vehicle-borne Laser Scanning System
Abstract:This paper present a Vehicle-borne Laser Scanning System,which was designed for the Immigrant Village of South-to-North water diversion.The 3D laser point cloud was attained the Geodetic coordinate for combining the location and stance information from POS with the range and angle information from 360 ° laser sensor on the homologous time.Then it did color fusion with the linear array CCD camera image information,and finally got the color point cloud data of Immigrant Village,and realized acquisition and process of Immigrant Village’s 3D space data information timely,initiatively and integrally.It has a well effect.
